Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Watchtower for Vets is a product of SignalForge630, founded by a medically retired Army veteran. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: the claims organizer keeps your records on your own device, we collect very little, and we never sell it.

The claims organizer

The claims organizer saves everything you add, including your records, claims, notes, and dates, only in the browser on your own computer or phone. None of it is uploaded to us or anyone else, and we cannot see it. Evidence packets and backup files are made on your device and saved to your Downloads folder.

Because your records stay on your device, clearing your browser data or losing the device erases them. Use the Backup page to save a copy, and keep backup files somewhere safe, because they contain your records.

What we collect

When you sign up for updates, we collect:

We do not ask for your Social Security number, your VA file number, bank information, or medical information through this website. The claims organizer's records never leave your device.

How we use it

We will not use your email for anything else, and we will not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in a secure Microsoft Azure data center in the United States. Only the founder of SignalForge630 can see it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
