Most claims don't stall for lack of a good case. They stall for lack of organized evidence.

Records are everywhere

VA files, private doctors, service records, letters. Hundreds of pages in different places, and the one line that matters is hard to find.

Deadlines are easy to miss

Decision review windows, exam dates, requests for more evidence. Miss one and you can lose months, or your effective date.

Nobody can see the whole picture

When you sit down with a representative or your doctor, the full story of your claim should fit on the table in front of you.

What's inside

The tools to prepare your claim with confidence.

Claim organizer

Bring in your VA and private medical records. Every fact links back to the exact page it came from, so nothing rests on memory.

Deadline and status tracker

Filing dates, exam dates, decisions, and review windows on one timeline, with reminders before anything is due.

Evidence packet builder

Pick the records that matter and print a clean, labeled packet to bring to your representative, your doctor, or VA.

Information you can check

Guidance comes from official VA sources, and we show you where. If something can't be backed by a source, we don't say it.

Sample case file

Here's what an organized claim looks like.

Evidence, each fact tied to its page

  • Service treatment record, page 31Knee injury during a training exercise, with an in-service treatment note.
  • Private orthopedic notes, page 4Range of motion measured and limited; pain on use noted.
  • VA exam results, page 12Flare-ups reported; examiner notes how they limit standing.
  • Buddy statementFellow soldier describes the injury and the limp that followed.
  • Still neededEmployer letter about missed work, flagged so it isn't forgotten.

Every line links to the page it came from, so the veteran and their representative can check it in seconds.

Built by the rules

A tool for you, not a claims company.

You stay in charge

Watchtower for Vets helps you organize your own claim. We do not prepare, file, or present claims for anyone, and we are not legal representation.

No claim fees, ever

We never take a cut of your benefits or charge to prepare or file a claim. Federal rules say only VA-accredited representatives can help with that, and free accredited help is available from groups like the DAV, VFW, and American Legion.

No promises about outcomes

Only VA decides claims. No tool can honestly guarantee a result. What we promise is organized evidence and information you can trace to its source.

Also for your family

If something happens to you, your family shouldn't have to guess.

The Handoff

A family plan for your household: what's due, how to pay it, and who to call, written down and ready for the person who takes over.

Survivor benefits checklist

The benefits your family may be able to claim, like Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC), CHAMPVA, burial benefits, and Chapter 35 education, and where to start.

Who built it

From the Army to the Family CFO.

I served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a heavy equipment operator, then spent my civilian career in operations, logistics, and safety leadership. It taught me that a well-run operation can't depend on one person remembering every detail.

When I retired, I needed a new mission. On July 19, 2026, at 56, with no software background, I started building. That work became SignalForge and Watchtower.

I've worked my own VA claims, and I learned that the veteran who walks in organized, with every fact backed by a record, is in a better position. Watchtower for Vets is built to give every veteran that same footing.

Questions

Is Watchtower for Vets part of the VA?

No. It's an independent product from SignalForge, built by a veteran. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Will you file my claim for me?

No. You file your own claim, or work with a free VA-accredited representative. Watchtower for Vets helps you organize everything you bring to that process.

Can you guarantee my claim will be approved?

No one can honestly promise that. Only VA decides claims. We help you show your evidence clearly, with every fact traced to its source.

Who can see my records?

Your records are meant for you and the people you choose. We will never sell your information. Full details will be shared before launch.

What does it cost?

We'll share pricing before launch, and early-list members hear first. We will never take a share of your benefits.

When can I get it?

We're testing it with our own family now. Families on the early list get the first invitations.
